This is to formally announce that Zalify Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “former company”) has, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, officially completed its company name change procedures on July 2, 2025, and is now renamed CelePulse Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “current company”).
The name change involves only a change in the company’s registered name and does not affect its legal entity status, rights, or continuous operations. All rights and obligations, assets and liabilities, as well as all business relationships previously held or entered into by Zalify Limited, shall continue to be legally assumed and performed by CelePulse Limited. The current company is the legal continuation of the former company.
We hereby declare that the above name change will not have any adverse impact on existing business relationships, contractual obligations, or service delivery. Any reference to the name “Zalify Limited” appearing in existing documents, contracts, or materials shall be understood to refer to CelePulse Limited.
A copy of the Certificate of Change of Name, issued by the Hong Kong Companies Registry, is attached herewith as official evidence. \n\nFurthermore, due to the name change, related bank accounts, financial records, and associated business information are being updated in accordance with legal and administrative procedures. It is expected that all relevant updates will be completed within 30 days, after which the company will circulate the updated information to all partners and institutions by means of an official letter or email notification.
